It can transform your whole being from a stressful to a peaceful state of mind. It can enhance your effectiveness in many situations, reduce anxiety, increase vitality, thinking and decision-making power. We all possess in ourselves, at every moment of our lives and under all circumstances, the power to transform the quality of our lives. "If life gives you lemon, make lemonade."
